General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Booking requests are processed in order of arrival by post and are subject to availability.

If your booking request is not possible, we will inform you as soon as possible and, subject to availability, will try to offer you another suitable option.

Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged. Concerts start at the time indicated. Doors open 30 minutes before the beginning of the concert. People arriving late will only be able to enter during intermissions and depending on accessibility, and their selected seats will not be guaranteed. Programmes and performers are subject to possible changes and tickets will not be refundable.

If the weather is not suitable for the concert (rain, wind or storm), the concerts on 22, 23, 24, 26 and 27 july will take place in another venue or will be cancelled.

Mobile phones, photographs, recordings and dress code: for the comfort of the artists and audience, please switch off your mobile phones during the concert. Recorders, camcorders and cameras are strictly forbidden. We inform you that a formal dress is required for the concert hall.
